Why work with an advisor

The same rooms. A different arrival.

You can book the suite yourself. We understand that. What you cannot book yourself is the upgrade waiting at check-in, the table held after the kitchen has closed, or the call answered at two in the morning when a connection is missed in an unfamiliar city.

We charge no premium over published rates. Our standing with hotels and lines is the difference between a reservation and a welcome — and a real person who knows your name when plans change.

  • 01 No markup, more included You pay the published rate — sometimes less, since we shop around — and the upgrades, credits, and recognition come with it.
  • 02 We plan it all before you fly Vacation days are scarce. We set every table, ticket, and transfer in advance, so none of your time away goes to arranging.
  • 03 One advisor, reachable The same person from the first call through your return home.

What we plan

The kind of travel we do.

Four shapes a trip tends to take. Each starts as a conversation and works backward from the people traveling — not a destination picked off a list.

No. 01

Multigenerational Gatherings

Three generations on one trip — a five-year-old and a grandparent ending each day equally content. The pace bends around naps and summit days alike, and the logistics never reach the family.

No. 02

Celebrations & Buyouts

A milestone worth flying everyone in for: a fully staffed private villa, the group together from the first morning. The house does the entertaining; no one books a thing.

No. 03

Honeymoons & Couples

Two travelers, one trip that moves like a single thought. Adventure and relaxation in the right order, every table and transfer held before you land.

No. 04

Culture & Adventure

The trips built around a fixed date or a hard climb — a festival, a surf break, an alpine hut — with the planning that makes them effortless for everyone along.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

1

Inquiry

A short note on who is traveling and roughly when. We read every one ourselves and reply within a day.

2

Consultation

A real conversation, by phone or over coffee — we listen for the trip behind the request and learn how you like to plan.

3

Custom Proposal

Location options and a high-level shape first. You refine, we book the stays, then build it out to a day-by-day plan.

4

Travel

You go. We watch the details, double-check everything, and absorb the surprises so you can relax.

We take a limited number of new journeys each season, so that yours has our attention from the first note to the last morning.

Our point of view

We know the rooms — and we can plan you anywhere.

Custom Coordinates runs on rigorous, customized coordination. We know the properties — the suite with the best view, the corner table, the service when no one is watching — and our standing with hotels and lines turns a booking into a welcome: the upgrade, the credit, the better room waiting.

We are deliberately small, so the person who plans your travel is the same person who answers when something changes — reachable from the first call through your return home, wherever in the world that takes you.
